Vivid B1's in the house........
OMW, I am spellbound! I loved the 1.5's but these are something else! Twice the authority, now go loud enough to suit me, and all the other attributes of the Vivid sound that amazes me every time I listen.
And the colour and finish is impeccable - really beautiful to look at in real life. Thought I might not like the gloss finish after the matt Monarch 1.5's I had, but they are rich and luxurious.
Very satisfied right now, and feeling blessed.

PS: First CD I played is my go-to music (and no comments from the DK haters) It is Diana Krall's first ever album recorded in 1993 called Stepping Out - sonically excellent Canadian pressing, more jazzy than her later stuff, some brilliant percussion and string work. Couple of very nice instrumental tracks too. Don't know if fellow forumites have it, but definitely worth a listen.
