Gents, my friend has a 17 year old Yamaha AVR and until recently it takes some time to produce sound. It comes on if you press the power button and you can hear the click sound, but the sound takes a while. Seeing that it comes on and the screen also works, it can't be the power supply. What can cause this? Caps?
