Old Vinyl - Deep Cleaning Method?

I have some old records that I need to clean.

I made up a solution consisting of distilled water, kleen green, and isopropyl alcohol, but even after cleaning with this they still sound quite scratchy.

Is there any method you can recommend to give them a deep clean to try get them in the best condition I can for playing?
