Me again - so I have been wondering how older sound equipment compares to the newer stuff?
For example speakres designed by the same company with similar specifications, but one speaker being 20 years old and the other being new.
Also what about the receiver and such? I know the older equipment won't support the newer technologies such as HDMI and they won't be able to process the new audio formats correctly - but put that aside... If you did not need it, how would the two compare?
Also if money was no much of an object? I would imagine there is most certainly newer stuff available now which is better than the older stuff?
