So I've had my 1024kbps ADSL package for about 3 months and went from Telkom to MWEB...the thing has always been government slow..
So I decided one Sunday afternoon to call MWEB and complain, but I was also looking at the 2mpbs option. The dude said lets test the connection speed first.
So we got 0.3-0.4mbps :faint:..obviously something was wrong...we tried all sorts of tests and eventually concluded that the problem was on the Telkom side. Phoned them up and logged a call..the mweb guy said I should be getting at least 0.6-0.7mbps..while Telkom said it should be about 0.9mbps...
Anyway Telkom calls me, no luck. ..then a day later sent me an sms stating that the problem has been solved...now I get 0.8mbps download speeds...
Must I still complain that or leave them alone now?
