Onkyo TX-NR616 - no sound issue

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to fix or have fixed the onkyo no sound issues?  After alot of YouTube videos and research, it seems to be the DSP chip and possibly reflowing it however I tried using a heat gun but nothing worked.  Please PM me if you have solved / fixed this issue before?
