Open question about AV Receivers and their outputs

Hi all,

Out of curiosity, I am wondering if there is a AV receiver on the market that can:
1. Receive a component / composite signal input and output it via HDMI
2. Have 2 or more HDMI imputs
3. Be able to output the same picture to 2 HDMI outputs (eg. I want to connect the screen AND the projector to the AVR and out put on one/both depending if they are on or not.

Has anyone seen this? I've been doing some googling albeit unsucessfully.....
