Which British banks have South African offices? (and will likely have so for the foreseeable future)
I'm not looking for means for a South African to open a British (or FNB Channel Islands) account, but rather means to open a UK account using a British passport whilst resident in SA. Or will the Channel Island route still be the easiest, even with a British passport?
It will mostly be a savings account... with more money going inwards than out. Bank fees and local representation are the major factors.
Anybody have some advice?
