OPENWEB....Internet Service Provider - ahhh
I signed up as a deal (get the rest of the month free) this was in September. I shockingly realized that their 4mb line was throttled down during the day and I decided to cancel about 2 months later
This is where my problems started!
I followed all their protocols and rules and regulations to cancel this service on their website... but something was wrong on their side as I did not get a reference number after cancelling.
Now I am stuck with them and they have the tendency to take my last money out of my account every month, I remember waking up on Xmas day with sms saying Openweb took my last R400. (I kid you not, my last R400)
Now it does not matter what I do, they refuse to cancel this service - even more alarming is that they are not answering their phones (the 7 times I tried at various intervals)
I now wait untill they do debit order, then I simply just reverse it via my bank... not ideal but I am GATVOL.
Last email I got from them simply said - follow the protocols and get the ref number online when you cancel!!! - back to the beginning :RTFM:
Anyone else at Openweb? And what can I do to get "Rid" of them?
