I have been trying to google info on the area in terms of crime...housing developments ...municipal services...e.t.c....The Estate has been recently been bought over by an international investor who seems as if he has big plans for the estate...
The area looks like it has alot of farm dwellings .....Crime stats seems lower than my current residential area based on the klipriviersberg station...
