Oppo player as a DAC

Anyone use an Oppo player solely for video upscaling and its DAC? I have a Dune media player which I will use for its industry leading jukeboxes and then use the HDMI in of the OPPO and make use of the onboard DACs. My understanding is the OPPO has a multi channel DAC and a dedicated 2 channel DAC
