I am busy cleaning up my garages and "found" these two vintage turntables.
A Technics original SL 1200 (1972). This was apparently a model marketed as a hifi turntable for home use. This does not have the slide speed control but it has two round speed adjusters (33/35).
Then a very nice "triangle" looking Sugden Connoisseur Craftsman III from the 60's. It is idler wheel transcription turntable. According to information on the Internet it was more expensive than a Garrard 301 when it was released.
