Over Ear Headphone Advice

I've been using an old set of Sennheiser CX300 in ear headphones for ages, listening to mainly classical music, but I would like to upgrade to a full sized over ear set.
I am presently looking at the Beyerdynamic DT240PRO and the AudioTechnica ATH-M40X. Has anyone had experiences with these? Any other recommendations in this price range? Thanks.
