I have a pair of Paradigm Studio v3's that I bought about 10 yrs ago. After moving to a new house, they weren't great for the space so went into storage about 6years ago. I am now at a stage of my life that I need to downscale and have decided to sell them. I hauled them out of storage and have found that the rubbery coating that they have on the top has gone a bit sticky. They were stored in the original packaging with gel absorption baggies but the plastic coverings have made some marks on the top corners of they speakers.
Two questions that I have:
1. Anybody out there that knows how I can clean/restore the tops without damaging them? Apart from the sticky tops, they are in pristine condition. I was thinking a weak soapy solution and then some car dashboard cleaner but wasn't sure.
2. What would be a reasonable asking price be to sell them?
Many thanks.
