Partridge p4014 twin c-core output transformers.

Picked up a pair of these nos units in original packaging,they look absolutely superb with paperwork,the box says open c core,Primary A-A 8000ohm(ultralinear taps)43%,Secondary taps 0.95-3.8-8.5-15ohm.Price each R11.35.Nice for an el84 amp I guess.Are these considered "better" because they are twin c-core?Primary is wound in two sections and marked on the transformer,would these be around 15watt units?Many thanks in advance.
