Desperately looking for any Pentair Intellifo VSP owners, ideally in Cape Town. Basically this one

I got one installed about three months ago and not sure if I still have an air leak or not.
I did a complete new install of pipe and fittings between pool and pump. All the joins are visible and there is no water leaks that I can see when the pump is off.
However compared to the Youtube videos I have seen of the pump, mine stills has a layer of air visible in the pump basket cylinder.
When I run at low RPM (anything less than 2000) the water level slowly drops to a midway point and then no further.
Does anyone here have one installed or know somebody they can check with to see if this is normal behavior for this pump?
