Today, I called into Ninety-One and had to go through the mandatory authenication questions. What shocked me was that these questions were not what one would expect and was not related to the typical info they have on file like cell number, address, etc.
These were multiple choice questions ! And the content had nothing to do with what they had on file but if you answered wrong "they knew".
Something like "Do you have a debit order with Company X". But I'm not being serviced by Company X, so the correct answer is "None".
I was quite amazed by the info they had on my history, both financial and geographic (yes, they know where you've resided and your movements for the past 25 years".
Anyway, I'm sharing this as I was equally shocked and impressed.
