My fiance was injured in a shopping mall a while back and had numerous operations to try and correct the injury.
The short version is that we were on an escalator that stopped suddenly/abruptly and she lost her balance and fell down the remaining steps.
We are looking for a referral for a lawyer that deals with these types of claims. We would prefer if the person referring has actually used the lawyer before. I have a googled but am a bit hesitant, but with all the articles/carte blanche stories about dodgy lawyers would prefer to go to someone who wont rip us off.
Looking a lawyer in the Pretoria or even Centurion areas.
