Pet warming blanket

Does such a thing exist? My cat is getting old, cranky and a little fragile. She is now a heat seeking missile - especially now that the weather has cooled a bit (at least in the Cape it has)...

A small electric blanket uses 60w so to my thinking a cat sized one shouldn't use more than 10w...
