Morning guys, happy new year, even if I am a day late 
I am looking for a new cellphone. I want to get the best at the lowest price.
I don't need all the fancy stuff, but what the phone must be able to do besides calling and SMS is only the folowing.
1. Internet
2. 2 sim cards
3. 5MP photos.
4. 720P video, 480P video will still be looked at.
What phone do you recommend? I only owned Nokia phones before, so I would prefer to stay with Nokia, but am open to suggestions. Secondhand is fine too... My budget shrank a lot over this festive season :-[
