Hi guys,
recently bought this classic TT and have been restoring it bit by bit. I have managed to get a new belt and located a replacement stylus, although have not fitted it yet. The TT works nicely - have some tracking/alignment issues but nothing major at the moment - will resolve in time.
I want to undertake a bit of a project with this TT; please advise me if what I want to do is possible and/or easy to do:
At the moment the TT has the original wiring coming out into 2 (red and black) standard audio RCA jacks. What I want to do is: replace these by fitting to 'input' jacks/sockets instead - so that I may plug/unplug as I please without lugging cables around.
Is this possible to do?
Also, does anyone know how these tonearms are aligned as this is the PL-12 version without the 'string' counter weight.
Thanks in advance guys!
