Places near JHB for a weekend getaway

Hi Guys

So I won't get to go away this December (moving house, et al) but am looking for some options to get away for a few days. Any one been somewhere recently worth a recommendation? Would not want anything more than around 2 hours from JHB.

Some places I have been to and enjoyed, and would not mind going back to (though always keen on something new):
- Kloofzicht
- Kievitzkroon
- Mount Grace

Ideally something on the "luxurious" more than the "self catering" side, though not silly (circa R5k a night!), perhaps with an on-site spa for the missus etc.

Any and all suggestions welcome!
