Hi
After a lot of reading up online I decided to on the Planar 1 turntable (without preamp). And also a set of Pioneer (SP-BS22LR) speakers. That seems to have been the easy part.
I'm a bit lost when it comes to the amp. I don't want to spend more than R4000 on it if possible. So it seems there are amplifiers, powered amplifiers, receivers with and without phono inputs and then preamps depending on what you want to buy.
I have no idea what to look really. Receivers make the most sense. They got bluetooth etc. which can be quite handy for anything other than vinyl.
I have two models I am looking at:
The 2nd one is a bit cheaper but from what I understand - a lot worse. Dunno :/
My preamp:
So with regards to regular amplifiers. Any suggestions? I heard they are a lot better since they are more specialized. Would I really know the difference?

- Denon AVR-X250BT AV Receiver
Pioneer - SX-10AE - 2.1 CH Stereo Receiver

My preamp:
- PDM PDX010 USB Phono Pre-Amplifier - seems to be good enough for a start - and cheapish.
