Hey, I hope with the recent changes on the forum this will still be allowed, but I'm so mad right now

I took out a 3 and half year contract in 2006, which expired in March 2009. They then asked me to sign a debit order because they subtract an additional amount of R157.00 in December to do upgrades, but they do this only to get ones banking details to continue deducting money after the original period.

I stopped the debit orders a while ago, not knowing what it?s for.

Every month that followed after I stopped the debit order they tried to get it through more than once by changing the amount slightly. I phoned them two weeks ago to tell them to stop my contract, and the lady said she did so and she will get someone to contact me if there is a problem. When I looked at my bank statements yesterday they deducted four payments with a different amount each. Two were reversed by the bank but two went through.

If they were an honest business why have I not received any correspondence like other companies does telling me my membership fee's areu in the rears. Why do they keep quiet and try to deduct by changing the amounts every time?

People be aware, Planet Fitness is a big scam.
