Plasma burn in procedure

Hi All,

Last night I picked up a new Plasma TV (see this thread here) and I was wondering what's the best way to "burn it in"?

Are there any video's or something I can download and leave running overnight a few times? What's ideal here?

Secondly, when should I start too change my display settings and start tweaking etc? Can I do it immediately or should I wait till it's "run in"?

Thirdly, does anyone have any recomended display settings I can use?
