My trusty old 4.5 digit Fluke 8060A TRUE RMS MULTIMETER. Has become a bit of a nasty thing to work with, since some of its LCD display segments started giving trouble. Can anyone recommend a good bang-for-buck replacement? I'm not looking for an equivalent Fluke, I could not afford that. But perhaps folks here know a nice meter that is of good value. I mainly use it for voltage and resistance measurement, and then some current measurements. Inductance and capacitance measurement would be a bonus, but not a necessity.

Recommendations? (Don't ask for budget; I don't know yet, before seeing what the market has to offer).
