Plywood... UF vs PF

I expect one should choose PF if there is risk of getting the plywood wet (ie: exterior applications).
But...
Does PF offer any other advantages over UF?
Does UF offer any advantages over PF?
Is one more aggressive on router bits than the other?

I'm looking at using it in unseen parts of furniture and also as bracing for speakers.
