Post Office: who's had things "go missing"?

Expecting a parcel for just over 2 months now. Tracking stops dead in Umkomaas. Seems it's "gone missing". Not the end of the world, as it's only worth about R80 or so, but I ain't gonna use SAPO for anything in future. Anyone else?
