Postnet and DHL alliance

Today I requested a quote from Postnet to send a parcel abroad, I was shocked at the the price.

A 1 kg parcel roughly the size of a shoebox  R1500

I have subsequently requested a quote from DHL to compare.

My question is this, by what percentage does Postnet markup the services of DHL.
