Price of Tidal service in SA versus in the USA

Hi all

I am sure that this must have been discussed on here before but I cannot find the relevant thread.  So apologies if I'm rehashing stuff (because that never happens on here like with cables etc  ;D).  Am I correct in saying that the price of Tidal Hifi (in other words the high res option) is $9.99 in South Africa but the exact same option in the US is $25.00?  Or am I not comparing apples with apples?  Is the one here different to the service in the US in some way?
