I made use of a registered business to fix a washing machine. COst R1400 but the problem is not fixed and the business is not responding.
What is my recourse if any.
It's run by someone that we've used before and was very good. This is a surprise and by now the relationship is destroyed.
Short of small claims court, what else can I do ?
