Projector Service/Maintenance

Hi All

I have a Optoma HD23 with about 800 hours. The projector is operating well, however it sometimes switches on but the bulb does not come on. When this happens, I disconnect from the mains and the problem is sorted.

Does the device require any maintenance or servicing?
Can anyone advise on some DIY maintenance to perform on the projector?
