Would have liked mine to have stayed more or less the same as to what it was previously, as I believe ( :nfi: ) there could be (again :nfi: ) all sorts of other cost related implications involved here. (municipal rates, body corporate tariffs, insurance premium increases etc, etc)

Surely if I were to sell the property it's a case of willing buyer, willing seller, - & not what the muncipality/estate agent has priced it at.
