For each 1L level there's a mark. If your car required 5.7L of oil then it's expected that the first container to be completely empty and the 2nd is less than a litre used, judging from the markings on the packaging. If you still have the remaining (new) oil in that canister, take a look at the marking/level..if it's lower than 1/5th from the top then the oil was overfilled or some of it used elsewhere. Ive used Liquimoly 10W40 for the last 3 services  without issues. Is 5W recommended for your vehicle?</p></blockquote><p></p>
