This is kinda related to my other "house falling apart" thread - I've been googling on all sorts of issues on whether to make a run for it.
One of the issues with a flat roof house is you can't get to certain sections, e.g. above the bathroom when a pipe goes, you either take the ceiling out - or the roof - we've done both.
Now - I need to get into the bathroom ceiling again, and am contemplating replacing it with a PVC ceiling - should there be a next time, I just take it out, do what I need, put it back.
