Question for Garrard 401 and 301 owners

Just got my table at home finally. How long does it take your table to get to the right speed? And when you switch it on the next day after and you leave it on for a while, do you still have to make strobe adjustments? And do the adjustments differ from cartridge to cartridge and from arm to arm?  :nfi: :groovy:
