I have two unrelated questions and would appreciate some responses.

Yesterday I had the unenviable (and dangerous) task of rearranging the boxes in my garage ceiling which is as a result of purchasing various forms of paraphernalia only so that I could take more boxes from the room below ... to store in the ceiling.

My question is how do you store all the Speaker, Hi Fi Component, TV, Coffee Maker, Food Processor, Garden tool boxes ? In other words how do you manage your "air" cause in effect I'm "storing air" and battling to find precious volume's of air that I own in my property.

The second question's a bit more serious. I read that in the past when there is a sale between two parties - the requirement for the seller to disclose Latent Defects is a given as part of common law.

I am under the impression that a seller is not obliged to disclose latent defects (unless asked explicitly I think). Is my understanding right, or has the law changed such that we no longer have to disclose LD's ?

Thanks
