Quick question around change of ownership / title holder for a vehicle

I recently paid off what was outstanding on my car with my bank. They provided me with the original registration doc as well as the partially completed NCO form. I believe I need to complete my sections and take through to the local traffic authority. A few quick questions:
- On the original registration it lists the bank as the title holder and myself as owner. I assume I just need to do a change of title holder to myself, correct?
- Does anyone know how long it takes and the cost, and if I need to bring anything other than my ID, NCO form and original registration document?
- I renewed the vehicle registration a few months ago as it was expiring ? I don?t need to redo this now, do I?
- I see mention of a 21 days deadline during which I must do the change of registration?I am heading to the UK for work for 2 weeks on Sunday and not sure if I can make it this week. Does anyone know what the penalties are?
