Might have been addressed in one of the HTPC build threads?
Where may I find decent quality "quiet" cases, either case with PSU (usually more economical as a combo) or case, fans & PSU? Does one really have to spend > R1k on a case & PSU to get one that's fairly quiet?
I don't mind applying damping materials etc, but one would at least need a quiet PSU to start with.
