Quick rant: I am a Discovery member on gold status and thus was hoping to book a flight at a discounted rate. I checked flights for 18 December from JHB to George with my Discovery details and it gave me a price of over R1200. However, when I checked the price without my Discovery details it gave a price of R904. I thought it may be that certain flights are restricted; but when I rechecked both I found it to be the EXACT same flight - (MN 909 at 07h50).
It does not make sense that the same flight is more expensive for Discovery members! Is Kulula hiking up the pricing so that, with the Discovery discount applied, they end up at the same price and profit? :headbanger:
