RCA Cables - Thinking of Upgrading. Is it Worth It ?

I currently use a pair of Acoustic Research RCA Stereo cables between the CD and Amp. After upgrading my speaker cable to the QED Silverlight XT BiWire, the differences got me thinking to looking at the RCA's as well.

Any suggestions on what cable I should look at < R1000. Anyone using QED's for this ?

Apparently Chord Electronics's makes some excellent cables, but I don't know who imports it.
