Can anyone recommend a builder they?ve used recently? The guys that I was going to use have unfortunately moved to Durban and need someone trustworthy that does decent work that doesn?t cost an arm and a leg
I need to get quotes on closing in an outside patio (currently an open area with outdoor tiles),
I need someone proper (not crazy expensive) that can quote, do plans for approval & then do a great job in essentially:
Laying floor foundation to match current inside floor level
Remove existing sliding door (& make good on brick work)
Remove about a metre of existing roof with tile
Put up one corner brick post with lintels to existing structure
Install a new ?ceiling? which will be exposed painted open roof truss
Install roof tile ontop of 45 degree angled truss with glass on end
Install 2 sets of stacking doors (or other glass sliding door that has better sealing option?but the way am I right in saying stacking glass doors do not seal well??keep the air out)
Tile ontop of the floor
With some added electrical for lights and plugs for fun.
