So our garage door decided to go tilt last night. Literally

On the one side the plastic channel that joins the vertical & horizontal channels for the rollers broke, & the garage door did it's best to climb out & fall on my motorbikes.
On the opposite side the wire cord that winds the spring has come loose & is dangling. Now the door is hanging at a 30 degree angle & is properly jammed. :walled:
I know zip. zero. nada. about these things & as such need someone to come & repair it. Recommendations from previous experiences would be appreciated. Warnings too, if any.
