I'm an industrial engineer and are involved in an industry where projects run over weeks and sometimes over months. This poses particular problems for me to record sequences of events as the work is pretty much 24/7 as no-one is around all the time to do accurate time measurements, etc.
I saw a couple of videos where projects like this was filmed over extended periods and played at high speed afterwards. This allows one to see the general movement of people and items over time. This again allows analysis which can enable analysis and ultimately improvements to reduced project lead time.
Can any-one point me in the right direction as to a supplier of such equipment? I suppose I'll need reasonable resolution from multiple cameras, low light capability, MASSIVE data storage and some seriously powerful computer to process the stored video. I can probably just go to any CCTV supplier and see what they have, but that will take much longer than getting input from someone here that already dealt with something like this. I'm still completely clueless as to this sort of thing....
Thanks in advance!
