Rega arm cart alignment/ test records

I use a Rega (?251) arm on a modified Lenco L75. Which guide is best to use :thinking:. Are test LP's whorthwhile,  and if so which and where to buy from. Also do I use antiskate same as tracking weight, or about 50% of it?
Cart is Dynavector 10x5
