Rega RB300 Arm Setup Help

I could not wait for someone to setup my new arm

It plays, and sounds good but not sure if I could damage the stylus , here is some pictures

I just moved the cart and turned the arm knob to drop arm until it played

Any suggestions on any setting or do you need special tools to setup correctly?
