I found a Rega 3 last week, strangely with an Audio Technica arm (AT1100 S-shaped tube), not the usual RB300. The arm is beautiful and is definitely a keeper. The TT however has a problem. Plays very slow, then gets even slower. I see that the pulley even turns in the opposite direction a bit at times :Ooooooh: Looks like it does need a new belt, but I suspect this is a deeper problem. New motor needed maybe? I may just sell off the TT without arm as is in which case it's academic. Interested to hear what the problem could be though.
