Just wondering what this is exactly?
Prevent trade secrets getting out or protect customers?
How enforceable is it?
If - for example - you've worked at a tax/auditing firm for years and break away to start your own company from home. You meet an old client a the pub and point out what you do and he now become your client - wrong?
Would the situation change if you contacted him first (phone/mail) to let him know?
