I don't have the 560S with me, but my suggestion would be to try both if you can. I have my own preferences, but I don't want my preferences to cloud or influence your choices. Also dynamic drivers are quite different to planars, so it'll ultimately come down to what music your wifey listens to, and whether or not she prefers the lighter frame and slightly warmer tuning of the 560S.
