So, I'm am thinking its like a SET/ vintage ESL setup in that sometimes lower bass is not low enough or even present; but the upper bass into mids etc are working fine and dandy and eq helps me. Let's see how the power and grid in SA fare now but so far , I have music, stage and air. Next step Cans... Planars, no fatigue, yes Hifiman upper end  most likely . For what they are THE He400se are fantastic if you know how to drive them and if you find comfort in them which luckily I do.</blockquote>
